We endeavour to process, collate & dispatch all orders within seven normal working days.
Transit + Delivery times & Schedules are as per the third party nominated Courier/Postal/Freight Company.
Please allow up to a maximum of 4 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch, for most Eastern States delivery, however, as per carrier guidelines, 6 to 10 working days is required for Western Australia and the Northern Territory, and some parts of South Australia..
Please note: Should there be any delays with your order you will be advised within the Seven day ordering processing frame.
Better Auto Rubber allows a period of 7 days for items to be returned if faulty or damaged. All items need to be returned in their original form & packaging before they will be accepted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to first contact Better Auto Rubber to advise which items will be returning & the reason(s) behind the return. Returned items will be properly examined by Better Auto Rubber & the outcome will be at the discretion of Better Auto Rubber. There will not be any type of credit promised or offered until a final decision or finding has been made from Better Auto Rubber. If any good(s) is returned damaged or has been deliberately tampered with or misused Better Auto Rubber has the right to refuse such items. If a customer chooses at their own free will to purchase a similar product elsewhere from another supplier or company before contacting Better Auto Rubber to arrange a return of goods transaction. Better Auto Rubber will not be held responsible or cover any outstanding incurring costs. Better Auto Rubber will not be vulnerable or accountable because of such actions taken on behalf of a customer’s decision(s).
All returns will become void if no action or any attempt has been taken on behalf of any customer within the 7 day period allowable.
Refunds will only be made at the discretion of Better Auto Rubber.
Customers are responsible for return freight. Under no circumstances will a C.O.D (cash on delivery) return be accepted. Better Auto Rubber will refund if applicable on receipt of damaged goods or if it is Better Auto Rubbers’ mistake. The customer should get a R.A (return authority) number before returning any item.
If you are not sure of your purchase before you proceed to the checkout please call or email one of our friendly staff members first. This will ensure accuracy toward your purchase.
Once a purchase has been made & payment has been received Better Auto Rubber will take this as confirmation that the Sale is final. Therefore we strongly recommend that careful consideration is taken when selecting your product(s), materials or goods as Better Auto Rubber will not be held responsible for any purchases made incorrectly on behalf of any customer.
Typographical or Human Error
Where there is incorrect information being displayed due to a typographical error e.g. pricing, description, image or any other error. Better Auto Rubber has the right to refuse or cancel any transaction(s), or orders made because of such errors.
Any products advertised or listed on www.betterautorubber.com.au could change or alter at any time; therefore Better Auto Rubber will not be held responsible for any credit card purchases made whilst changes take place. Better Auto Rubber is not obliged to give prior notice before any changes take place on www.betterautorubber.com.au
If a purchase has been made & charged to your credit card Better Auto Rubber will credit the same value of the charge made to your credit card due to the changes that took place on www.betterautorubber.com.au.
