Tools you will need:

– Screwdriver
– Small Spanners/Sockets
– Superglue or Contact Adhesive

BAILEY CHANNEL FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Soft Flocking Type: Check the replacement channel for fit and length before removing old channel
2. Remove inner door trim and loosen window channel upright inside the door to allow ‘clearance’ to fit new
channel.
3. Take care to obtain a tight fit in all corners and superglue all joins to eliminate draughts and wind whistle.
4. Ridged Type: When fitting rigid type window channel, as found in older Holden & Fords careful cutting and
shaping is essential. All bending & shaping must be done with your thumbs, being very careful to avoid the
stainless steel beading crimping and pulling away from the channel.
